Dear Waters
Appliance,
This morning just a few minutes ago, in fact, I placed a phone
call to your company, inquiring as to the repair of my Water Pik. The gentleman
answering my call was very professional and polite, but at the same time very
customer friendly. I am very sorry that I did not ask his name.
I related to him that the unit
was working, but that the hose had a crack. It needed replacement. He asked me
the exact location of the break, and proceeded to instruct me as to how it
could be repaired.
I did as he said. I repaired it
in just a few minutes.
What impressed me immediately is
that as this stage of our society when everything is moved by the dollar, this
man took a minute to explain, and help me repair this unit, thinking only of
the customer.
I may never again have anything
needing repairs, but you can rest assured that if I do, you have a customer for
life. Please send me a brochure describing your services.
Enclosed is one of my books. If
you can locate this man, please give it to him with my profound admiration and
thanks.
Sincerely,
GV, Bishopville,

Dear Waters Appliance,
Unfortunately many
businesses these days have become so mechanized as to forget how to pleasantly
deal with their customers. This isn't the case here.
I am very pleased to write and commend you for your
professionalism in dealing with my telephone order for Sunbeam Grill
replacement parts on, Tues., May 9, 2000. The person whom assisted me was
extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure I had
everything that I needed. He also helped solve a problem I was having with my
grill and recommended a solution (thank you very much).
Not only was your service quick, polite, and efficient, I
received my parts Thursday afternoon and surprised my lovely wife with a
barbecue steak dinner.
Your business sets a fine example for others to follow. Keep up
the fantastic work and great public relations.
Regards,
DJ - Chesapeake Beach, Maryland
